The Primary duty of an RPS is to provide necessary awareness to the Rubber Growers and to provide basic needs for Rubber cultivation.
Hence They see to it that how much awareness should be imparted to the Rubber Planters. The RPS provide ways for imparting awareness programmes , seminars, Field Demonstration classes, Tapping training programme, Motivation promotion programme and so on. RPS have a Group Processing Centre which are helping hands to a small planters.
RPS also provide Cash award for children of Tappers, Free medical check up, as well Financial assistance for their Tappers. They also provide Weekly genuine information to tappers and helping them. They also give Encouragement, support & Guidance from Rubber Board, Cordial relationship, Involvement of Extension officers in RPS activities.
