On November 2003, Joseph P. T. Parippallil took over charge as the President. Soon after that, the RPS has located a new office and opened an input sale depot near to Moorje town. Purchase of sheet rubber and sale of estate inputs continued. The amount accumulated through business activities prompted the RPS Board of Directors to purchase land for constructing an office building. The Foundation stone for the new R.P.S building was laid on 23-01-2009. On 2-6-2009 the newly constructed R.P.S building was inaugurated by the Rubber Board Chairman, Sajan Peter IAS. To disseminate the agro-technology on rubber cultivation to the members through information technology, a computer system was installed under the Common Service Center scheme of the Rubber Board. A go-down cum sales depot was also constructed during this period. He got re-elected as President for the second time from 01.12.2020. Activities: Modernisation and Digitalisation of RPS Moorje.


In 2009 the RPS has purchased 5 cents of land at Moorje junction for the construction of office cum rubber collection center and training hall. Laid the foundation stone of the building complex on 23rd February 2009.
